GhostedMRR provides churn prevention tools for SaaS founders at ghostedmrr.com. Privacy questions: privacy@ghostedmrr.com.
Founder account data: Name, email, company name, and payment information processed by Stripe. We never store raw card details.
End user behavioural data: Anonymous session events, page visits, feature interactions linked to a user ID you provide. We do not collect PII about your end users unless you explicitly pass it to our identify() function.
To provide the GhostedMRR service, calculate churn risk scores, send alerts you have opted into, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data stored in the United States using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Row-level security ensures your data is isolated from all other customers.
You are the data controller for your end users' data. We act as your data processor. Contact privacy@ghostedmrr.com for a Data Processing Agreement.
